Converted a new construction home from limited, subscription-based smart device control into a local-network-based UniFi platform with no required subscription or recurring license for core home operation.

The project included centralized Wi-Fi, hardwired Cat6 throughout the home, full exterior camera coverage, garage camera coverage, doorbell video, smart lock integration, thermostat connectivity, garage control/status, and reliable local control of key smart home devices.
